Out will leave you rolling in the aisles. MNO features a southerner,
a sassy Brit & a native New Yorker - Karen Morgan, Nancy Witter
& Sherry Davey - in an eclectic blend of stand up comedy. They
first met when chosen to appear on Nick at Nite's first Search for
the Funniest Mom in America.
"..A complete riot and wonderful entertainment!
The first 'Mama' came out and I laughed until my cheeks hurt. When
she finished up her segment I did not think the second or the third
could compare. HOWEVER, THEY DID!"
JOHN GORKA is an honored
icon of folk tradition. Although he sings "I'm from New Jersey",
John Gorka is a Moravian College Graduate and launched his career
in the Leigh Valley. Energetic acoustic music that is not a trend,
not a fad, but an expression of everyday life, is his trademark.
More than just a singer-songwriter, John is a Philly favorite with
his songs "Looking Forward", "I Saw a Stranger With
Your Hair", "The Gypsy Life". John's rich baritone
voice and unique songcraft weave a magical spell that can only be
described as 'Gorka.'
"Gorka is widely heralded for the sophisticated
intelligence and provocative originality of his songs."

When your dad is a founding father
of outlaw country and a major musical legend, at some point, you
realize resistance is futile: Even if you don't seek a career in
music, eventually, it's gonna seek you; like the Cash & Jennings
kids, Paula Nelson picked up "Papa Bear"
Willie's way with a song early on. Paula Nelson Band plays a smart
collection of jazzy rockers, seductive love songs & heartfelt
ballads making the most of Nelson's vibrant alto-to-soprano vocals
with the band's guitar driven sound.
"There's no missing the unforced
power of Paula's singing." - Los Angeles Times
American Folkies Chad Mitchell
Trio became known for their controversial serious &
satirical songs criticizing current events as best exemplified by
"The John Birch Society". They also produced a solid body
of work which includes square dance numbers, rousing gospel and
modern classics of Paxton, Guthrie & Dylan (first to record
"Blowin' in the Wind"). Johnny Cash cited their version
of "Four Strong Winds" as a stylistic influence. Still
fronted by the ageless William Chadbourne Mitchell, CMT was also
a lunching pad for other musicians including John Denver & Roger
McGuinn.
Join Billy Bob, Billy Joe & Billy
Billee as they mix NASCAR with Beethoven, lite beer with Puccini
and kick up a little dust with Ave Maria Dixie! You'll travel with
our 3 singing cousins from their modest beginnings in Paris (Texas)
all the way to their triumphant debut at NYC's famous Carn-iggy
Hall. But sorta seriously… 3 Redneck Tenors
is a musical comedy featuring classically trained veteran stars
from Broadway & world opera stages for down home laughs and
a foot stompin', knee slapin' uproariously funny redneck romp with
the tunes of Elvis to Puccini, Country to Opera (C'opera if you
will).
It's a Saint Patrick's Day Party with
the rustic, energetic & light-hearted Celtic Pride!
They'll perform traditional and modern Irish tunes in the flavor
of the Clancy Brothers, Irish Rovers & U2. Fronted by vocalist/multi-instrumentalist/composer
Bill Monaghan, this high spirited band is also capable of poignant,
touching ballads.
Originally an organist, George
Winston eventually switched to acoustic piano after hearing
recordings from the '20s & '30s by the legendary stride pianists
Thomas "Fats" Waller & the late Teddy Wilson. George
eventually worked on his own style of melodic instrumental music
- folk piano - composing his own material and arranging
other pieces. Returning to Sellersville after his sold out 2007
performance, expect selections from his two recent projects
Gulf Coast Blues & Impressions - A Hurricane Relief Benefit
and Montana, A Love Story plus songs from seasonably themed
albums.
FOOD DRIVE: Concert

The New York female cocktail pop quartet
Lascivious Biddies perform an energetic & tightly
woven live show, full of laughter, expert musicianship and a dash
of sentimentality. Their irrepressible, genre-defying sound blends
jazz, pop & cabaret with soaring four-part harmonies.
Carsie Blanton is a Philadelphia
artist whose soulful, playful, intelligent music has won her recognition
far and wide. John Oates (of Hall & Oates) recently said, "Carsie
Blanton is a rare talent as a modern songwriter. Her sly wit and
urbane imagery reminds me of a folky, female Cole Porter. I'm really
happy to know that classic songwriting is in good hands with Carsie
Blanton."
Versatile singer-songwriter & cabaret performer
Karen Gross enchants audiences with her warmth,
humor, captivating stage presence and gorgeous, expressive voice.

Singer-songwriter Stan Ridgway
– who started with L.A.'s Wall Of Voodoo spawning the early
MTV classic "Mexican Radio" - went on to an even more
intriguing solo career creating an impressive body of work. Noir
troubadour & musical alchemist Ridgway has been described as
a mad scientist of sound & vision; his enduring sketches nail
the human condition down cold while he celebrates the circus of
our lives!
"For Stan Ridgway, life is like an old
detective movie, full of furtive con men and tough dames who hide
their daily crimes in the gray mist of the city. This is mature
music, short on sentimentality, long on imagination and style."
